Both wheels in operation at once.  Note quiet, natural water dispenser.  You can just see the edge of Ratville in the lower-left.  The gate is down, acting as a 'drawbridge' between the two.
 

On the bottom plastic part was a sticker that said, "Spill-proof food and water trays".
